The Dolmen Active Fund PLC is a professional investor fund with a minimum investment restriction of €125,000. The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve capital appreciation through investment in debt securities and a broad range of derivative instruments including but not limited to futures, swap and options contracts and contracts for differences. Through the use of derivatives the Fund will invest in most major currencies, bond indices and equity indices. The Company’s traders may also take both long and short positions to take advantage of overvalued and undervalued securities.

The investment decisions for the Dolmen Active Fund PLC will be undertaken by 6 internal discretionary traders, two of whom have traded in excess of 15 years, and will be complemented by 4 external quantitative “black box” traders.

The net asset value of the Dolmen Active Fund PLC is calculated on a monthly basis.
